 Mr. Brad Sears, District Vice-Chairman, Presiding

 The meeting was held at Ken McCotter’s Law Office and was opened by Brad Sears with an invocation. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 by Brad Sears

1. Attendees: Brad Sears,  Linda Hill, Bill Boyle, Ed Wall, Ken McCotter, Linda Staunch, Brian McGuire

2. Summary of Actions/Decisions & Assignments:
• Approved plans to promote Day Camp

3. Summary of Assignments
• Activities and Camping to coordinate Day Camp and Webelos Resident Camp promotions
• Membership to coordinate Tiger Cub Roundups for Kindergartners with Packs

4. Summary of Discussions/Presentations:
• Camping Committee gave presentation on High Adventure opportunities available for Troops through the council
• Activities reported that 100 Cubs attended the Family Campout

5. The next meeting will be held on May 6, at 7:00 at Craven Community College
