Eagle Board of Review: Earning the Eagle Scout rank is a huge stepping stone in the life of any Boy Scout. Scouts must appear before the District Eagle Board of Review prior to starting their Eagle Project and again when completed. The Neuse Basin District Eagle Board of Reviews are held on the 1st Thursday of each month (check the District Calendar for schedule changes).
